Bio
Life can be filled with stress, hurt and disappointment. Charlene firmly believes, through professional and personal experiences that counseling can be a therapeutic, calming and worthwhile experience. Charlene's techniques includes emphasizing strengths, supporting personal growth and prioritizing self-determination.
Charlene received her Masters Degree in Social Work from University of Houston, Texas. She is a member of Postpartum Support International (PSI), National Association of Social Work (NASW), and the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists (AASECT). Charlene grew up in Los Angeles, California and now lives in Illinois with her four children and fur baby. In her free time she enjoys yoga, reading, museums in the city and horror films.
